Refund Policy
2 Weeks (14 calendar days from the
date of delivery).
Note: Delivery date (the date you received the
item) will be note by the tracking number we provided when we shipped you the
item.
If the item you received doesn't
match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or
damaged, you can return it. We ask that
if the item is faulty or damage that you please take some photos of the issue
and email us the photos and explain your concern. Please note that we always attempt to
securely package each item carefully, however problems do sometime occur when
items are in transit.
When starting a
return
Package the item carefully and ensure the item is fully secured to prevent any damage that may occur during the return process. Please keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to us is important.
When you send your item back we recommend using tracked shipping. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, then the
refund will be issued.
